Minsky Manor — a decayed two-story house at night beneath the title lettering

Minsky Manor

9455 Pinehurst Drive, Roseville, CA

THE LEGEND

In 2005, Solomon Minsky purchased this beautiful home in Roseville with dreams of a quiet new life.

But it didn't take long for neighbors to notice—strange noises, flickering lights, and the occasional sight of clowns coming and going at odd hours.

Within a few years, Minsky stopped caring for his home completely. The once-pristine property became overgrown, decayed, and nearly condemned.

After his death, what was found inside revealed a nightmare.

Behind a false panel in his closet was a hidden room—packed with clown masks, carnival costumes, tools, and grisly souvenirs.

Minsky had a sick obsession with the circus. He lured clowns and carnival workers to his home…

He murdered them and kept their trophies as reminders of the “entertainment.”

The secret room remains, just as he left it.
